Brought a boat seat and cover there for minor repairs. Never got a call back on price. Went back 3 weeks later and they had no idea where my things were. Had to find them. They were in a pile of stuff obviously not being worked on. Promised they would get to them and give me a call on pricing. Called a week later but no answer a few times Just went back and the seat in cover sitting same pile not touched. Took them went home. They don’t have and computer or anyway to track orders. They simply put a 1930’s era shoe tag on the item, put it somewhere in the completely unorganized and trashed shop and I guess just fix stuff from the pile. When I went to reclaim my items, I simply walked in, showed no ID and asked for them back. The guy there told me to take find my stuff and I left. I have no idea if they do good work but you have to be crazy to leave you stuff there.

$1500 later and this is what I got. Not to mention I waited 7 months to get this when I was told 3 months when I made the order. Not a good experience at all

They do excellent work. I have had 4 rockers, a love seat, 2 antique chairs, and just picked up dining room chairs with upholstered seats. Never been disappointed.

I took 3 barstool seats for reupholstering. I was told the padding would be reused. The seats were about 3 inches thick and when I got the stools back, the seats were 1 inch thick and very hard to sit on. I texted my concerns and have yet to hear back from them. I am very disappointed that I haven't received a response to my concerns. UPDATE I received a reply from the company and they are correcting the seats to my satisfaction. They were extremely nice and seemed eager to make the changes that I pointed out to them. I'm very happy with my experience with Coles.
